NVIDIA has announced GeForce NOW will be expanding the mod support for Baldur Gate 3 through the cloud alongside new games added to the cloud-gaming service.
To make modding easier for Baldur Gate 3 fans through GeForce NOW, NVIDIA has announced that the game will receive mod support in collaboration with Larian Studio and mod.io. Alongside the mod support, NVIDIA has shared the games that will be released as part of GeForce NOW Thursday, allowing users to run the games they own from Steam and Xbox (Microsoft Store). The games included are Among Us, Amnesia: Collection, Jötunnslayer: Hordes of Hel, and many more.
Ultimate and Priority members, including Day Pass users, can mod their playthrough of Baldur Gate 3 with the range of mods available right from the get-go on mod.io. Installing the mods will be easy as the players can choose any of their desired mods from the Baldur Gate 3 in-game mod menu, and will be enabled across your session. Another way the players can add mods to their games is by subscribing to the mods through the mod.io website, as it will automatically be loaded when the players launch the game from GeForce NOW.
But you can’t talk about GeForce NOW without mentioning the games that will now be supported on the cloud gaming service as part of GFN Thursday. The games that were released this week are:
- Jötunnslayer: Hordes of Hel – New release on Steam, January 21, 2025
- Among Us – Xbox (PC Game Pass)
- Amnesia: Collection – Xbox (Microsoft Store)
- Lawn Mowing Simulator – Xbox (Microsoft Store)
- Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion – Xbox (Microsoft Store)
- STORY OF SEASONS: Friends of Mineral Town – Xbox (Microsft Store)
- Townscaper – Xbox (Microsoft Store)
