The Gripping Ozark Family Returns

Ozark Is Ending Soon As Netflix Releases Latest Teaser 1

The infamous Ozark family drama story is wrapping as revealed in the new teaser.

What started as a second chance for the Bryde family has become a bloody mess, but where does this season take them now? “Today’s a beginning” is the last line delivered in the latest teaser from the Mexican drug cartel leader, Omar Navarro (Felix Solis). It’s quite the ominous line following the events of the previous season.

A couple of weeks ago, Netflix revealed the first look at Ozark season four with no dialogue but showed the Bryde couple in ‘brain-matter’ distress as Navarro attended his party. It was the first news that disclosed the final season would be in two parts and being released in 2022. Fortunately, this 1-minute clip showed the release date for part one has been set for January 21, 2022—a fitting new beginning for the Bryde family in the new year.

Ozark

Ozark was created by Bill Dubuque and Mark Williams, which is about the Bryde family moving from their Chicago suburban life to the remote Missouri Ozarks because of a money laundering scheme gone wrong for a Mexican drug cartel. Their plan to make amends with the cartel involves running a bigger laundering operation in this region but not all is what it seems in the popular summer lake resort area. The Brydes must do what they must to survive.

The show will see the return of the following cast: Jason Bateman, Laura Linney, Julia Garner, Sofia Hublitz, Skylar Gaertner, Charlie Tahan, Jessica Frances Dukes, Lisa Emery, John Bedford Lloyd, and Joseph Sikora. Chris Mundy will serve again as the showrunner, writer, and executive producer for this conclusive season. Bateman, Mark Williams, John Shiban, Patrick Markey, and Bill Dubuque will also serve as executive producers.

Last season spelt doom for the Brydes as tensions grew within the family, Helen Pierce (Janet McTeer) and the drug cartel leader, Navarro. There was an all-out war between the two sides that met a fateful end for one major player in the laundering business. It’s not too clear what this ultimate season will have in store for the Brydes but they are alive and well for now.
