The Pokémon Company group has announced today that Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket (Pokémon TCG Pocket) will be getting its newest themed booster pack, Paldean Wonders.
Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket is a mobile app released by the Pokémon Company, where everyone with a phone and an internet connection can collect and play the trading card game. The new Paldean Wonders expansion pack in Pokémon TCG Pocket will feature three Pokémon that fans might know about: Spirigatito, Fuecoco, and Quaxly. These Pokémon are, of course, the starter Pokémon from the Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet video games. Aside from the starters, there will be other pocket monsters included, including Meowscarada ex, Gholdengo ex, and Maushold, as well as new Trainer cards featuring Nemona, Arven, and Mesagoza.
The expansion pack for Pokémon TCG Pocket has a set release date of February 25, 2026. That’s not all, though. In addition to that news, the game will also be releasing new covers and backdrops starting February 28th, which feature Pokémon from the Paldea region featured in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet.
Alongside the Paldean Wonders expansion pack, there will be a couple of in-game events to celebrate the new release. The Paldean Wonders Emblem Event will run from late February to early March, where players can obtain emblems, shinedust, and other items by winning battles against other players. In early March, the Bonus Week Event will start up, where players can battle to obtain pack hourglasses, special accessories, and other rewards.
If you are a solo player, then you’ll love the Charcadet Drop Event running from mid to late March, where players can take on special solo battles to obtain B Series promo packs vol. 5. And finally, the Wonder Pick Event running again from mid to late march where Promo cards featuring Pawmi and Paldean Clodsire will appear in wonder picks. During this event, there will also be missions that allow players to obtain an event shop ticket, which can be exchanged for a promo card at the in-game shop.
