Rockstar Patch For GTA Online Fixes Many Issues

Rockstar Games has released a patch for Grand Theft Auto Online, which fixes multiple issues.

The news was announced today on Rockstar’s news blog. The patch fixes issues such as character deletion, the loss of guns and ammo, and races ending early.

While Grand Theft Auto V‘s single player component was released to stellar reviews, GTA Online has had numerous issues surrounding its release. Rockstar also expressed their sentiments, stating “we apologize for the problems some players have been experiencing with lost characters or game progress due to this issue – please stay tuned for updates as we continue to investigate this.”

The company also stressed that players should always save their game before leaving GTA Online, as it may result in lose of progress.

Grand Theft Auto V is available now for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. You can read CGMagazine’s review of it here (spoilers: we loved it.)
