Sony set the stage for a massive State of Play February 2026 presentation earlier in the week, which was said to be nearly an hour long, and here are all the big announcements.

The Sony State of Play for February 2026 was just announced this week to air today, and it was a big one. Nearly 60 minutes of game trailers and PlayStation developments were shown off, including some fresh looks at rumoured titles (unfortunately, there was no Devil May Cry 6 from Capcom). Despite giving fresh looks at existing titles, the State of Play had quite a few surprises for fans as well. Below, we’ve compiled a full list of every trailer and announcement that was at the State of Play February 2026 presentation, and it can all be seen below.

Kena: Scars of Kosmora

Sony kicked off the State of Play February 2026 presentation with a bomb of a new announcement: a sequel to Kena: Bridge of Spirits is coming, and it’s called Kena: Scars of Kosmora. The new entry in the Kena franchise features a spiritual sequel with new traversal options, and a promise of something “bigger and better” in scope.

Kena: Scars of Kosmora puts Kena on a new adventure, giving her access to spirits that can help the living as well as the dead. Kena: Scars of Kosmora launches on both PS5 and PC sometime in 2026.

Ghost of Yotei: Legends

The next announcement featured Sucker Punch Studios’ multiplayer expansion for Ghost of Yotei, where players will have to team up to defeat the Yotei six. Ghost of Yotei: Legends will be free and will launch on March 10.

Death Stranding 2: On the Beach is coming to PC!

The Sony State of Play February 2026 presentation then revealed Kojima Productions’ Death Stranding 2: On the Beach is coming to PC, and it will arrive on March 19.

4:Loop

Bad Robot Games then took the stage to offer a new look at the four-player combat sandbox title, 4:Loop. 4:Loop features a roguelike gameplay loop that allows the team of four to vote on a path forward instead of a single player choosing the next room (like in single-player titles such as Hades II).

Everything is designed to interact with each other, and every room is procedurally generated to make every run feel like a brand new experience. Communication will be key to surviving in 4:Loop, and for teams to make it through each node. As long as one teammate makes it back to home base, the team can respawn and try once again.

4:Loop will be deploying a beta for player feedback soon, and it can be wishlisted now.

PRAGMATA

Capcom then arrived to give fans another look at PRAGMATA. This small gameplay segment gave fans a look at the emotional connection between the main characters and the stakes they’re up against. Protagonists Hugh and android companion Diana must work together as they make their way through the cold lunar research station. PRAGMATA launches soon on April 28, and a gameplay demo is available now!

Resident Evil Requiem

Capcom wasn’t finished yet. The State of Play February 2026 presentation then gave fans a fresh look at Resident Evil Requiem before its release date nat the end of this month. Answers will be found, and fans will return to Raccoon City in Requiem when it launches later this month on February 27.

Legacy of Kain: Defiance Remastered

A remastered version of the final title in the Soul Reaver series, Legacy of Kain: Defiance, has made it off the PlayStation 2 and onto the PlayStation 5 console in remastered form. It’s coming to PS4 and PS5 on March 3.

Brigandine Abyss

The latest installment of Happy Nest’s Brigandine series, Brigandine Abyss, is coming to PS5. There are over 100 unit classes in the latest title, featuring six main storylines and many sidequests across its sprawling narrative. It’s coming sometime in 2026.

DEAD OR ALIVE 6: Last Round

The Sony State of Play 2026 February 2026 showcase then surprisingly revealed the return of DEAD OR ALIVE, with DEAD OR ALIVE 6: Last Round. This updated title includes a photo mode, updated visuals and will include future updates and DLC. There will be a free-to-play mode for DEAD OR ALIVE 6: Last Round, and it arrives on June 25.

New DEAD OR ALIVE Project

The team at Team NINJA also revealed that a new title in the DEAD OR ALIVE series is in development, and more information will be revealed soon.

Control Resonant

Remedy Entertainment then gave fans a fresh look at the gameplay behind Control Resonant, the sequel to Control. Dylan Faden takes over as the main character in a version of Manhattan fans haven’t seen before. Dylan can exploit gravity anomalies and adapt to the world around him with quickness. Dylan can use a combination of melee attacks and supernatural abilities to defeat his enemies, as well as manipulate gravity to walk on Manhattan building walls.

Remedy is calling Control Resonant their “most ambitious title to date,” and it will arrive sometime in 2026.

Crimson Moon

Players will embody the Nephilim in Crimson Moon, a human-angel hybrid serving the Order of the Crimson Moon tasked with reclaiming the cursed city of Gildenarch from the evil that infests it. Crimson Moon is an action-adventure RPG set in a gothic world full of angels, demons, and ancient gods, and more information (including a release date, it’s scheduled for late 2026) will be revealed soon!

Beast of Reincarnation

Game FREAK then gave fans a fresh look at the upcoming non-Pokemon title, Beast of Reincarnation. More traversal and combat movements were shown off in the new trailer, and it appears players will have their timing work cut out for them, as enemies will be aggressive to a fault, and a parry system is certainly tested.

Beast of Incarnation is known as a one-player, one-dog, action RPG that features a post-apocalyptic Japan. Beast of Reincarnation doesn’t shy away from the idea of travelling alongside a creature companion; it embraces it with the new dog companion, Koo, and their relationship will be explored further alongside the protagonist Emma’s background.

Beast of Reincarnation lands on August 4, 2026.

Rayman: 30th Anniversary Edition

The State of Play February 2026 then revealed that Rayman: 30th Anniversary Edition is landing on PS5 tomorrow, and fans may find out how the iconic Rayman lost his legs.

Mina The Hollower

Yacht Club Games Presents Announced An Exciting New Ip Called Mina The Hollower

Yacht Club Games then revealed a demo exclusive to PlayStation of their upcoming Mina the Hollower title, and fans can play it tomorrow!

Neva: Prologue

Set years before the events of the main game, Neva: Prologue tells the story of how Alba and Neva first met, and the DLC arrives on February 19

Yakoh Shinobi Ops

Shueisha Games then revealed their next development, Yakoh Shinobi Ops. Developers of the Tenchu series helped this stealth game in-development, and players will have to utilize every trick in the book to evade detection. The new reveal will arrive sometime in 2027.

Project Windless

The Bird That Drinks Tears novel series (written by who fans call ‘the South Korean J.R.R. Tolkein,’ Lee Youngdo) is coming to PlayStation from KRAFTON, in an open-world action-RPG adventure format called Project Windless. Fans will embody a large avian protagonist as he fights massive monsters with dual-wielded blades (and a bow staff) and deadly efficiency. More info will be available soon.

Star Wars: Galactic Racer

The Sony State of Play February 2026 presentation then headed to the racing stripe with a new look at the standalone Star Wars Pod Racing title, Star Wars: Galactic Racer. Environmental hazards, a changing first to third perspective, and high stakes will ensue in Star Wars: Galactic Racer, when it arrives sometime in 2026.

007: First Light

James Bond then took the stage with a fresh look at the story behind 007: First Light, a release date, and how agent 007 will have his work cut out for him as he chases 009 through many deadly situations. 007: First Light launches on May 27.

Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 2

KONAMI then took the stage with a few announcements, starting with Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 2, which includes Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots and Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker. The original Master Collection Vol. 1 will be receiving notable visual updates, and those will be rolling out starting today. Vol. 2 of the Master Collection is coming to both PS5 and PC on August 27.

Darwin’s Paradox, the octopus-based tribute to MGS (tactical octopus espionage), was then given an official release date in April 2, 2026.

Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse

KONAMI then revealed a new title in the Castlevania series in development from Evil Empire and Motion Twin. Players will embody a descendant of the Belmont clan in Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse, celebrating the 40th anniversary of Castlevania. The game is set in 1499 Paris, where the city is sacked by monstrous creatures that suddenly emerge from the shadows. Trevor Belmont’s successor ventures into the burning streets and the looming castle to hunt down the beasts.

While staying true to the series, Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse provides new gameplay elements (like a sword in the hands of a Belmont, and a striking new art style), and it will arrive sometime in 2026.

Silent Hill: Townfall

The Sony State of Play February 2026 showcase did not take its foot off the gas, and neither did KONAMI, as it gave fans a new look at Silent Hill: Townfall. In development from Anna Purna Interactive, this new take on Silent Hill brings terror, a first-person perspective, and fear when it arrives sometime in 2026.

Rev. NOiR

KONAMI wasn’t finished yet, as they then revealed another new RPG-in-development called Rev. NOiR. Players will need to confront fate and stop the lightfall in Rev. NOiR, with more information coming soon.

Untitled John Wick Game

The previously teased John Wick video game adaptation was then shown off, and players will be able to take the role of the lethally efficient John Wick, complete with the likeness and voice of Keanu Reeves. In development from Saber Interactive, more info is coming soon.

Marathon

Bungie then arrived at the Sony State of Play February 2026 showcase with a new look at Marathon. The new trailer gave fans a look at some of the weapons available, an announcement of the open preview server slam weekend, and a March 5th release date on PS5 and PC. Players will be able to take rewards into the main game from the server slam as well, making it worth fans’ time.

Big Walk

PlayStation Plus is bringing Spider-Man 2 and the previously announced Big Walk to the service, as well as Tekken Dark Resurrection (from the PSP) and Time Crisis coming to the Classics Catalogue (as part of Premium). Big Walk in particular is coming sometime in 2026.

Saros

The last PlayStation State of Play started with Saros, and the February 2026 presentation nearly closed the show with it.SAROS is a single-player action game from Housemarque. Set on the planet Carcosa under the threat of an ominous eclipse, players will take on the role of Arjun Devraj (played by Rahul Kohli), a powerful Soltari Enforcer searching for answers on a lost off-world colony.

SAROS’ latest look gave fans a peek behind the curtain at SAROS’ hub world, The Passage. This is where the player can engage with progression systems (skill trees that give updated abilities) and difficulty mods that will always provide the player with a challenge. Players will be able to use the teleport mechanic to get right back to where they perished, allowing them to get a second wind against a brutal opponent.

Saros launches on April 30.

Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls

The Unbreakable X-MEN are coming to Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls. Storm, Magik, Wolverine (who says “you’re cooked, bub”) and Danger are coming to the roster. Each character has a very different playstyle. Danger sets traps, and Wolverine operates as an aggressive tank. Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls is arriving on PS5 and PC on August 6.

God of War Trilogy Remake

Sony Santa Monica Studio then closed out the show with two announcements from the God of War series. The first is that the three mainline God of War Greece-based titles will be arriving in God of War Trilogy Remake for PS5.

God of War Sons of Sparta

A new God of War project was then shown off, as a prequel before Kratos was a father, a god, and before he was a Spartan Commander. This prequel explores his upbringing as a Son of Sparta. This title is available today!
