The Steam Summer Sale 2025 has arrived, and like every year, the annual sale of Steam software features great games for great pricing.
In case you haven’t heard, the Steam Summer Sale is now live. For the Uninitiated, the Steam Summer Sale is an event on the Steam storefront that lets players snag software for a fraction of the MSRP listed price. The sale also serves as one of the biggest platform sales of the year outside of the cold Holiday season, giving players an excuse to stay indoors during the hot weather. These sales are the perfect excuse to load backlogs without emptying wallets.

This year, the sale extends from today June 27, until July 10, and there’s a swath of titles that have been dropped far below their normal pricing. CGMagazine’s review of Monster Hunter Wilds calls it “a conflicting experience, but it was consistently the only game I wanted to play, even after I finished reviewing it” in a positive review, and during the sale the Capcom-developed title sits at $55.99 (a sale of 20% off), a sale fans can take advantage of before the second free title update arrives.
Aside from Monster Hunter Wilds, the Steam Summer Sale of 2025 brings sales to GOTY-nominees like Kojima Productions’ original Death Stranding and Final Fantasy VII: Rebirth, so there are quantity and quality options on offer. Below fans can find some steals from the sale that may be too good to pass up.
