Stranger Things Season Two Final Trailer Revealed

Stranger Things Season Two Final Trailer Revealed 1

Eleven and the gang are back in the final trailer for season two of Stranger Things. Netflix released the trailer on its YouTube channel on Friday the 13th with the reminder the entire season will be available on October 27th.

From the looks of the trailer, season two of Stranger Things will pick up on the thread from last season with Will and the repercussions of his stay in The Upside Down. Season one left viewers with a haunting scene that hinted something may have stayed with him (literally).

While season one saw the cast trying to access the mysterious world of The Upside Down, season two seems to suggest The Upside Down is coming to Hawkins. The trailer for the second season of Stranger Things features a number of CGI sequences that blend the two worlds together and the hint of an even bigger threat than the Demogorgon.

Season two of Stranger Things sees the return of old cast members like Finn Wolfhard and Winona Ryder, but also the appearance of newcomers Sadie Sink and Dacre Montgomery. Sink plays Max, a new addition to the group of children who will purportedly add an element of romance into the group. Montgomery plays Max’s stepbrother Billy who will play an antagonistic role in the series.

Eleven is back for season two and has a new look in the final trailer. This time she has a head full of curly brown hair and jeans, but the signature nosebleed is still present. The end of season one of Stranger Things saw the disappearance of Eleven and the mystery of how her character returns has yet to be explained.

Season two was initially scheduled for an October 31st release, but will be released earlier. Netflix previously released a “Thriller” trailer for Stranger Things at San Diego Comic-Con in July.

The official Twitter account for Stranger Things has also been releasing a number of new posters for season two as the air date draws near.

All nine episodes of season two of Stranger Things will be available on Netflix.
