It’s not uncommon for celebrities to take the stage at The Game Awards, but the entire cast of a film? Well that was the case tonight when the entire cast of the upcoming Street Fighter movie was introduced, after recently wrapping on filming.
The hotly anticipated film adaptation of the popular Street Fighter game franchise stars David Dastmalchian as M. Bison, Jason Momoa as Blanka, Cody Rhodes as Guile, Roman Reigns as Akuma, Andrew Schulz as Dan Hibiki, Mel Jarnson as Cammy, Callina Liang as Chun-Li, Andrew Koji as Ryu, and more.

With a release date of October 2026, the film got a 40-second sneak peek trailer as well as helped give away the award for Best Ongoing Game (No Man’s Sky).
Between jokes about Mortal Kombat, Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns standing civilly next to each other, and more, there was a lot to take in all at once.
The trailer didn’t really discplose much in terms of story or anything, but it did give an intense thrill ride of action from all the characters, including Chun-Li, Guile (we won’t talk about that hair), Ryu, etc. With a much different look from the Van-Damme film, Street Fighter looks to be firing on all cylinders from an action-packed point of view. Time will tell if things remain this way as more trailers make their way to the public eye.
