The Nintendo Switch 2 has had quite a week as it has premiered three great games to the system, with more on the way.
Disney Dreamlight Valley is perhaps the headliner of the recent additions to the Switch 2. The Dreamlight Valley team has said that the goal has always been “to create a bigger, smoother and more magical Valley,” and they have succeeded in that endeavour with the Switch 2 version, which offers higher frame rates, faster loading times, and an increased item limit of up to 6,000 items. For those who don’t know, Disney Dreamlight Valley follows a valley full of Disney characters who have lost their memories, with you tasked with rebuilding the valley and making valuable friendships.

The Nintendo Switch 2 version of Warframe is also a new addition to the Nintendo library. Warframe will launch on Switch 2, already supporting crossplay and cross-platform saves with any platform, including iOS, PlayStation, Xbox, PC, and Android. Launching alongside the latest update, The Shadowgrapher, which includes a new playable character, gamemode and more. Plus, Switch 2 players can obtain exclusive rewards, but only if you log in from March 25 to April 15.
Lord of the Rings fans will be glad to know that Tales of the Shire: A The Lord of the Rings Game is joining the Nintendo Switch 2 after already being on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam. Original Switch owners can get a free upgrade of the game if they already own it. Tales of the Shire: A The Lord of the Rings Game is focused on helping the town of Bywater flourish by just enjoying the serene nature of the Shire. You could fish by a calm pond, cook meals for friends, and foster bonds into friendships in this cozy game.
These three games aren’t the only ones being added to the Switch 2; they are being joined by the Switch 2 versions of Super Mario Bros. Wonder, Virtua Fighter 5 R.E.V.O. World Stage, and The Midnight Walk. All of those games are releasing on the 26th, so if they sound good to you, then go check them out.
