As fans prepare for the release of The Fantastic Four: First Steps on July 25, Marvel Strike Force is kicking off the four-week-long Fantastic Force Showcase on July 21. During the showcase, a wealth of content awaits, including completing challenges to earn rewards and recruiting Mister Fantastic (MCU) and Invisible Woman (MCU) from the upcoming film. In addition to new content, The Thing and The Human Torch will receive updates so they’re not out of place alongside their fellow Fantastic Four teammates.

For those unfamiliar, Marvel Strike Force is a turn-based RPG developed and published by Scopely. With Earth in danger, players recruit superheroes and villains to their team and engage in 5v5 battles to defend their home from threats. Alongside fighting enemies, players can unlock outfits, upgrade their team, complete challenges and expand their roster using character shards.

To kick off the Fantastic Force Showcase, six missions will be released each week for the four weeks. The requirements for each week are:

  • Week 1: Fantastic Four (MCU) or Hero Character.
  • Week 2: Fantastic Four (MCU) or City Character.
  • Week 3: Fantastic Four (MCU) or Global Character.
  • Week 4: Fantastic Four (MCU) or Cosmic Character.

For players looking for a challenging experience in MARVEL Strike Force, prove your worth by earning rewards as you ascend the Fantastic Four’s base and take on a special final boss during the Baxter Building Tower event. As it begins on July 24, Fantastic Four characters are required to take on both of the towers, such as Tower 1 at level 25+ and Tower 2 at level 85+.

Joining the many rosters to assist Nick Fury with a special S.T.R.I.K.E. assignment, Mister Fantastic (MCU) and Invisible Woman (MCU) have arrived. Paired with other Fantastic Four (MCU) members after activating their Special or Ultimate Ability, Mister Fantastic can use the Barriers on himself and all allies. At the same time, Invisible Woman will attack the most injured enemy for Piercing Damage before gaining Stealth.

In anticipation of The Fantastic Four: First Steps, The Thing and The Human Torch will be redesigned with the new MCU costumes from the upcoming film. In addition to the costumes, both characters will receive a new update in preparation to take on a wave of modern enemies.

Before wrapping up, there will be many additional content and rewards arriving in MARVEL Strike Force. The contents included are:

  • Danger Room – A roguelike game mode for players to earn high scores and rewards.
  • Baxter Building – Battle with your Fantastic Four team for the possibility to earn 100 Invisible Woman (MCU) character shards.
  • Command Center – Visit the location for the objective and to claim rewards, including Legendary character shards.
