After a full calendar year of everything gaming, The Game Awards 2025 is today, and here’s how to watch the entire presentation.
It’s finally here. The Game Awards 2025 showcase will air later tonight after a whole year of releases, trailers, and Grand Theft Auto 6 delay announcements throughout the calendar year in gaming.

This The Game Awards showcase is designed as a celebration of everything gaming, with even Indie Games receiving their own awards category in recent years, as the scene has exploded in popularity. Kicking off its 12th annual showcase at the Peacock Theatre in Los Angeles, tonight is no different. While games from 2025 are celebrated during the showcase, The Game Awards also plays host to a sea of trailers ready to excite audiences with what’s to come in gaming for 2026 and beyond.
Last month, The Game Awards 2025 revealed its nominees and Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 made history, leading with 12 nominations and becoming the most-nominated game in the awards show’s history. Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 stayed in the headlines, with actor Charlie Cox insisting the real credit for his Game Awards nomination in the Best Performance category should go to Cazorla, stating, “Any nomination or any credit I get, I really have to give to him.”
