Triple-i Initiative has returned to bring us more than a ton of announcements for all-new games.
The Triple-i Initiative is all about games with no hosts, extravaganzas, or anything like that. This event has been around for three years now, and it has come back once again to show us what we can expect for games in the months ahead. This year brings us a whopping 40 new games announced over a 45-minute live stream, with many of those games getting their first look at the light over that span. Games like Crop and SpaceCraft already look to be promising, but that is only a taste of the full breadth of what Triple-i Initiative has to show.
Prove You’re Human
From the developers of Slay the Princess comes a first-person captcha game called Prove You’re Human, where you must identify the otherworldly monsters by using a captcha tool. Available to wishlist on Steam now.
Alkahest
Alkahest is a first-person dungeon crawler where you explore and hunt down monsters in a tomb and use stealth and magic to your advantage. Also available to wishlist on Steam now.
Lost Railway
A 2D quota horror, Lost Railway, where you have to loot your way out of a monstrous industrial scape while fighting monsters with your friends. You travel in a train and can get stronger through upgrades to take you further through the world. Available to wishlist on Steam.
Cairn: On The Trail
Cairn: On The Trail is an update to the original game after a masterful release that lets you climb new cliffs like a mountain face or just a climbing gym. Launching summer 2026.
Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse
Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse is a brand-new 2D action-adventure game in collaboration with the original developers, celebrating the original franchise. Set in 1499 dracula has invaded france where you, as a Belmont, must fight to free the country from the forces of evil. Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse is slated to launch in 2026, so not too long to wait.
SpaceCraft
The galactic adventure of SpaceCraft awaits. You are tasked with a mining operation to expand and leave your mark on the new stars. You can fly a spaceship from space into orbit and around the planet, akin to No Man’s Sky, while also mining and building up bases and crew. It also looks like this game will have a galaxy-spanning logistics system of mines and other resources coming from many planets that you have explored, all to make as much money as possible. Coming to early access on May 20th.
Rift of the Nencrodancer x Undertale
Rift of the Nencrodancer x Undertale is a collaboration between the two legendary franchises that need no introduction, and it is out now on Steam.
Thick as Thieves
Thick as Thieves is a stealth game that lets you grapple and pick locks to your goal, either solo or multiplayer, to steal artifacts and valuables from secure buildings while leaving your calling card behind. It is launching on May 20th
Romestead
Romestead is a pixel art game about the Roman Empire, where you must gather resources and rebuild the legendary cities of Rome. Use temples and altars to commune with the gods so they can grant you the power to restore Rome to what it once was through a series of challenging battles. early access in may 26th, 2026.
Super Battle Golf
Super Battle Golf is a cute golfing game where you use a coterie of clubs and sneaky tactics to beat your friends in a match of funny golf. Launching in the summer of 2026.
Frostrail
Survive the cold in Frostrail, a zombie survival game where you and your friends will survive in a winter wasteland while also keeping zombies at bay. This is all needed to survive and carry on in the train that lets you live in such an inhospitable place. Available to playtest on April 16th.
Crop
11-bit games’ newest title, Crop, follows the player who has lost their memory as they climb out of a car’s trunk to begin the game. You must till a farm and grow crops to keep the local village alive while also investigating the circumstances that led you to being stranded in a land completely cut off from the outside world. Now available to wishlist on Steam.
Machine Party
From the creators of Buckshot Roulette, Machine Party is a PS2-style game where you and your friends compete in a series of gloomy trials to attempt not to die a gruesome death. Launching in 2026 on Steam.
Windrose
Windrose is a brand new Pirate game where you explore the seas with your friends and fight using cannons, greatswords, and guns to beat enemies. You can also use the building mechanisms to make huge bases and use those bases to rule the seas. Coming to early access on April 14th on Steam and the Epic Games Store.
Over The Hill
Over The Hill is a very exciting game set somewhere in the middle of Algeria, where you and your friends use a selection of desert-swept cars to traverse the desert wasteland. Use logs and more to help you get across gaps while enjoying the beautiful scenery and mysteries. Playtests are available starting April 24th on Steam.
Starseeker Astroneer Expeditions
Starseeker Astroneer Expeditions is a space exploration game where you use gliders and much more to explore new worlds and find new creatures while making a mark by setting up industry. An open beta will be available sometime in April 2026 on Steam, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.
Shift Of Midnight
In Shift of Midnight, you must work a retail job while also trying to root out who isn’t human and eventually evolving into a survival shooter game where you face abominations with a shotgun, coming May 28th.
Dead As Disco
Next up is Dead As Disco, where you fight everywhere but must keep the beat with your strikes. The goal is to defeat the music idols around the world to songs like The Final Countdown and more, and it also looks like you can add your own tracks. In early access on May 5th, 2026, for Steam and the Epic Games Store.
Barotrauma: Home and Harbour
Barotrauma now has a new expansion called Home and Harbour, where you build, manage, and fight for your base located on the oceans of Europa. You can now manage and develop your outposts into industrial hubs and meet with the mysterious offspring of Europa’s original settlers. Coming Fall 2026.
Lost Castle 2
A unique adventure every time is what Lost Castle 2 promises, where you fight against massive bosses and enemies in a castle-crashers-esque art style.
Sledding Game
Sledding Game is exactly what it sounds like. You can race with your friends and have a snowball fight, or just fish and hang around. Plus, there’s a lot of customization, which you can enjoy in early access on April 30th.
Solarpunk
From developers Cyber Wave comes a very nice-looking game, Solarpunk, where you pilot an airship and construct bases on sky islands. Farm and autonomous production through wind turbines and more when it launches on June 8th.
Warhammer: Survivors
The orcs are going to war in Warhammer: Survivors, a game from the Warhammer 40k universe, a spinoff to Vampire Survivors, where you fight a horde of orcs as the Imperium of Man using Tanks and more as weapons of slaughter.
Everwind
Everwind is having its first major update that introduces the steamer colossus and hardcore mode, plus new legendary equipment and more. Launching may 2026.
Oxygen not included: Away Team
Oxygen not included: Away Team is set on a solitary planet, where a little human creature will colonize the planet using the natural resources to make sure they survive for more than a night. You must also avoid all the hazards on the planet, but it should be easier with help from friends through multiplayer.
Valar Mortis
Valar Mortis is a medieval zombie game where you fight off infected using sabres and fire magic to exterminate the threat that is plaguing the world at large. Survive the sword-wielding monsters and make it out alive after slaying the abominations. Launching Fall 2026.
Long Gone
Long Gone is another zombie game set in a pixelized world where you and your dog survive hordes of infected while sneaking around and looting homes for valuables.
TemTem Pioneers
The world premiere of TemTem Pioneers, where you capture monsters and use them to fight off hostile mobs while also using them as mounts and more. You can play with friends and build bases as well to survive and thrive while assembling an army of cute creatures.
Brotato: Primal Dread
You play as a potato exploring a deadly island in Brotato: Primal Dread while you use uzi’s and more to fight off hostile island creatures.
Far Far West
Far Far West is a first-person shooter game where you and your friends ride skeletal horses to victory and use guns and rocket powerd fists to fight off enemies in this horde shooter. Coming April 28th
Graveyard Keeper 2
Zombies have overrun the land in Graveyard Keeper 2. A new adventure awaits as the local keeper must assemble defences to keep the horde at bay while still keeping a new graveyard clean. Coming in 2026.
We Were Here Tomorrow
We Were Here Tomorrow makes you wake up in a pod, and you find yourself trying to stop the implosion of an experimental reactor through a series of puzzles and time-bending tactics. A demo is available now on Steam.
Clover Pit: Unholy Fusion
30 new fusion charms and more have been added to the new Clover Pit DLC Unholy Fusion. Available now on Steam.
The Lift
The world is ruined in The Lift, and you must survive it and fix it at the same time by using your ingenuity and smarts to operate massive contraptions using a whole bunch of switches and buttons.
Alabaster Dawn
From the creators of CrossCode, you must enter a fallen world and pass the trials they throw at you to bring it all back to the surface and use the power youve gained to fight monsters and witness civilization develop when Alabaster Dawn comes to early access on May 7th.
Risk Of Rain 2: Hollowed Concepts
The sanctuary is a facade, and you must explore it yourself to see uncover the mysteries hidden within in Risk Of Rain 2: Hollowed Concepts. The DLC will be available soon.
Too Deep To Quit
Too Deep To Quit is a new multiplayer game akin to Peak, where you must explore a crypt in search of artifacts while avoiding deadly traps and much more. Launching 2026.
Neverway
A nightmareish life-sim RPG is what Neverway promises to be, and from the trailer alone, it looks like they succeed. The prologue is now available on Steam, and you can read our preview to learn more.
Final Sentance
In Final Sentance contestants will compete in typeing challenged that have deadly consequences, where if you fail, you will be shot. You can play with a lot of players, down to just yourself. It is Available now on Steam.
Don’t Starve Elsewhere
Don’t Starve is back again with Don’t Starve Elsewhere, where new enemies like zombie dolls attack you, and you must use the new jumping mechanics and more to not starve. It looks like a complete overhaul of the former game’s mechanics, adding a lot of new content.
That concludes this year’s Triple-i Initiative. Tons of good games got their first look outside a developer’s computer, and it looks like many of the ones shown will end up being phenomenal.
