Returning to the gothic realm, poncle announced Vampire Crawler will launch its first public demo on Steam and Xbox on February 23, 2026.
Following its announcement in November 2025 and achieving over 200K wishlist on Steam, Vampire Survivor spin-off title, Vampire Crawler, will be releasing a demo for fans to try out at Steam Next Fest and Xbox Game Pass on February 23, 2026. As the roguelite title shifts from Bullet Hell to the turn-based deckbuilder genre, poncle has kicked off a new video series today to highlight the features and give a glimpse into what the players can expect, as the game is set to release in 2026 on Steam, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, iOS, and Android.

Set to launch in 2026, Vampire Crawler turns the top-down Bullet Hell title into a dungeon-crawling turn-based deckbuilder with rogue-lite elements. Exploring the familiar dungeon from a first-person perspective, players can take their time or rush into combat, collect and level up new cards, build combo-breaking decks, unlock chests for customization gems and power-ups, seek treasure, and find a shovel to dig into the next floor.
In anticipation of the game, fans can learn more about Vampire Crawler in poncle’s new video series, Let’s Explore Vampire Crawler, which provides bite-sized episodes on its features. With the first episode released, the first feature highlighted was Turboturn, showcasing how players can stack and unleash their next abilities without waiting for the animation to complete. The second feature showcased was Card Customization, which allows players to use gems to customize their cards and create game-breaking combos, ranging from a raw damage multiplier to full Weapon Evolution.
With the demo launching on February 23, fans can visit the Vampire Crawler Steam page and Discord community to stay updated with the upcoming title.
