ZA/UM Unveils A Reimagination Of Disco Elysuim For Mobile Gamers, Releasing In Summer 2025

Prepare to unravel mysteries on your phone—Disco Elysium is getting a mobile reimagining in 2025.

For the many fans of Disco Elysium, ZA/UM will bring the dark detective story to Android devices in summer 2025, with the first two chapters free at launch. To cater to mobile gamers, the game will be a reimagining, designed to deliver the story-rich adventure in short play sessions that can be enjoyed anytime, anywhere.

The narrative lead of Disco Elysium, Chris Priestman, said, “With this adaptation, Disco Elysium becomes more accessible than ever. This reimagining is now structured to fit the way people play on mobile, making it effortless to enjoy in short bursts. It’s what audiobooks wish they were.”

Disco Elysium will utilize 360-degree scenes and new audio with full voiceover to immerse players in Revachol. Although the game is a reimagining for mobile, the team has stated its goal of preserving Disco Elysium‘s charm and ensuring it remains fun to play on a smartphone from anywhere.

The first two chapters of Disco Elysium will be free in summer 2025. New and veteran players will get a taste of the detective storytelling in Revachol and become accustomed to the role-playing mechanics. After completing the first two chapters, players can purchase the full experience for uninterrupted, ad-free gameplay.

For anyone who hasn’t tried Disco Elysium, the game follows detective Harrier “Harry” Du Bois in Revachol. With the entire block as your playground, you have many tools to fulfill your role-playing desires—whether as a good detective solving murders and interrogating suspects, or as a corrupt officer taking bribes and manipulating those around you.

Disco Elysium – The Final Cut is available on PC via Steam and GOG, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 4 and 5. Launching in the summer 2025, players can pre-register now to dive into Disco Elysium on their Android devices.
