As a Canadian-based magazine, CGMagazine knows a lot about dealing with heavy snow. However, Yarbo has teamed up with an unlikely hero to help alleviate the hassle of shovelling snow.
Announced via press release, the robotics company revealed a limited-edition collaboration with PAC-MAN, bringing the iconic world of arcade gaming into the winter yard. Available exclusively in the United States and Canada, the collaboration brings PAC-MAN-inspired design and storytelling to Yarbo Y40 Core and Snow Blower Gen 2. While the snow blower has a fun and playful style, it maintains the autonomous capabilities of Yarbo’s robotic snow-clearing system.
The Yarbo Snow Blower Gen 2 is designed to take on a wide range of winter challenges—from clearing driveways or home walkways to more robust outdoor spaces. The unit can autonomously navigate outdoor environments and clear snow with minimal hands-on intervention thanks to its ts tracked platform, RTK-GPS positioning and intelligent path planning. Combined with its black and yellow colour scheme featuring the pixelated versions of not only PAC-MAN but also Inky, Blinky, Pinky and Clyde, this bold snow blower adds the spirit of play to their outdoor needs.
“We built Yarbo so the technology does the hard work and people get their snow days back,” said Co-Founder of Yarbo, Kenneth Kohlmann. He continued, “Working with PAC-MAN lets us show the other side of that promise: clearing the driveway can actually be fun.” Sr. Director, Brand Development on PAC-MAN, Bandai Namco Entertainment America Inc., said Susan Tran, echoed this sentiment, adding, “PAC-MAN adds fun and nostalgia to Yarbo’s robotic snow-clearing system, bringing fond memories to what used to be a chore as gamers who remember chomping Pac-Dots around the Maze can now watch him Chomp snow off their property,”
The Yarbo x PAC-MAN limited edition pairs the Y40 Core with the Snow Blower Gen 2 and will be available exclusively in the United States and Canada through Yarbo’s official website and Amazon. The complete system will be available for $6,399 USD in the U.S. and $8,799 CAD in Canada. In addition, from October 22nd through November 2nd, 2026, customers who purchase an eligible Yarbo x PAC-MAN limited-edition system will receive a Plow Blade at no additional cost.
