Time to get Messy

The 2nd Stabby MaXXXine Teaser Trailer Has Just Cut Into Audiences

Only one month before the third and final film of Ti West’s fan-favourite horror trilogy, MaXXXine just launched another trailer to prep audiences for the finale.

The third film of Director Ti West’s horror franchise starring Mia Goth, MaXXXine, has just released its second teaser trailer one month out from the film’s theatrical release. The second film in the trilogy, X (not to be mistaken with the social media platform), ended with the ‘heroine’ fleeing authorities as she proved capable enough to be the last woman standing during the events of X. While MaXXXine picks up where X left off, A24’s new trailer has more details in store for fans, and it can be seen below, and the film embraces the trilogy’s signature aesthetic.

MaXXXine has rolled out the red carpet for the supporting cast, with Bobby Cannavale (Boardwalk Empire), Kevin Bacon (The Following), Michelle Monaghan (True Detective), Lily Collins (Emily in Paris), Elizabeth Debicki, Moses Sumney (The Idol), Halsey, and Giancarlo Esposito (Breaking Bad) filling out the main cast of characters. New additions will portray local law enforcement who see through Maxine Minx’s act and have already pinned her as a killer. Other castmates will be involved in the young woman/killer’s breakthrough into the film industry.

MaXXXine Fans Can Watch X in Theatres Again!

While MaXXXine picks up the pieces right where they were left in the previous X film, (where the starlet is making a beeline for Hollywood to make it to the big screen) fans who need a refresher, or just want an excuse to watch X again in theatres are also in luck. X will be returning to theatres on June 18 for one night only. Fans interested in watching the second film in theatres (with a special sneak peek to bridge the gap between MaXXXine and X) can visit the AMC website and type information in to see if a location near you is playing X on June 18.

MaXXXine cuts into theatres on July 5.
