Alienware revealed a slew of gaming monitors today, including the new 27 4K QD-OLED monitor recently shown off at the CES 2025 presentation.
Today, Alienware and parent company, Dell, unveiled their new lineup of gaming monitors for 2025. The PC and gaming peripheral manufacturer, known for producing quality products—such as the recently released Alienware Pro Wireless Gaming Headset—across its ecosystem of PC and laptop advancements, is bringing further innovation with new monitor technology, including a 27′ 4K QD-OLED display featuring advanced functionality upgraded from their debut model in 2022. Below is a list of the new monitor lineup, along with notable specifications.
Alienware’s New Gaming Monitor Lineup and Specifications

First off, the new monitor lineup was superceded with an update to their design language, AW30. The design language deployed is intended to bring a few quality-of-life advancements for future products in the Alienware ecosystem, including the new monitor lineup. AW30 brings a handful of functional and cosmetic customizations that help customers maintain a clean and organized desk.
Outside of the cosmetic appearance featuring trademark “interstellar indigo” colourways and monitor stands doubling as simplified cable management, a newly updated OSD UI and AWCC (Alien Ware Command Center) 6.6 showcasing cleaner UI and integrated AWCC support baked in to the new monitors.
- Alienware 27 4K QD-OLED (AW2725Q) – Boasted as “the world’s most pixels per inch in a QD-OLED monitor at 166 PPI,” the latest QD-OLED offering from AW brings a 240Hz refresh rate and near-instantaneous 0.03ms response time ensure smooth motion during any battlefield antics. The monitor comes with a maximum resolution of 3840 x 2160, and features a wealth of ports (including two HDMi and one DisplayPort1.4) to get the user through any task no matter the connectivity. The 27 4K QD-OLED (AW2725Q) monitor will be available starting March 4, 2025, and will be priced at $899.99 USD.
- Alienware 34 240HZ QD-OLED Monitor (AW3425DW) – The next monitor in the new lineup is another revamped QD-OLED featuring a WQHD (3440×1440) resolution and a 1800R curve, allowing gamers to explore their entire field of vision without missing a second of the action. A 240Hz refresh rate tied to the 34-inch curved display makes this option ideal for competition, cozy titles, and anything in between. The 34 240HZ QD-OLED (AW3425DW) monitor will be made available starting April 29, 2025, and will be priced at $799.99 USD.
- Alienware 27 280Hz QHD QD-OLED (AW2725D) – Boasting a similar loadout to the (AW2725Q), the 27 280Hz QHD QD-OLED brings a blistering 280Hz refresh rate to a QHD (2560×1440) resolution. The 27 280Hz QHD QD-OLED (AW2725D) monitor has a planned release of Summer 2025, and will be priced at $549.99 USD.

- Alienware 34 VA Curve Monitor (AW3425DWM) – Another curved monitor option, with 32-inch optionality (AW3225DM), this gaming monitor features a further 1500R curve expanding a player’s field of vision. The 34-inch ultrawide curved panel (21:9 aspect ratio) brings a WQHD resolution (3440×1440) for players who don’t want to sacrifice clarity for extra field of view. The 34 VA Curve (AW3425DWM) Monitor launches March 6, 2025, and will be priced at $399.99 USD. The 32-inch version (AW3225DM), will launch on the same date, and will be priced at $319.99 USD.
- Alienware 27 IPS Monitor (AW2725DM) – For a more budget-friendly gaming monitor option, the 27 IPS Monitor brings a (2560 x 1440) resolution with up to a 180Hz refresh rate while not asking consumers to drill a hole in their wallet. The 27 IPS (AW2725DM) monitor will launch on March 6, 2025, and will be priced at $269.99 USD.
- Alienware 25 320HZ Monitor (AW2525HM) – The last monitor in the new Alienware gaming monitor lineup is the 25-inch 320Hz display. The AW2525HM boasts extra-smooth gameplay with a super fast 320Hz refresh rate and 0.5ms gray-to-gray response time, players wont miss a single beat of the action. With further specs arriving at a later date, this monitor will arrive in the Summer of 2025, and will be priced at $249.99 USD.
