Atari and Bandai Namco announced a variety of Pac-Man-inspired products and DLC, celebrating Pac-Man’s 45th anniversary.

The special console is the Atari 2600+ Pac-Man edition, a rerelease of the iconic console in bright yellow. It is available for pre-order now for $169.99. A new DLC was also announced, The Namco Collection.
At San Diego Comic-Con 2025, attendees will have the chance to snag one of 1,000 exclusive Golden Box editions of Pac-Man: Double Feature. Each $99.99 collector’s set includes a 2-in-1 cartridge in one of five ghost or Pac-Man colors (red, blue, pink, orange, or yellow), plus a limited-edition patch and pin. If you are a major Pac-Man fan, both partnered companies brought the heat!

The collab console bundle includes Pac-Man: Double Feature, which includes Pac-Man 7800, a brand new, arcade-style version of the original game, and Pac-Man 2600, the first home console release of the game. On April 3rd, 1982, Atari brought Pac-Man to home consoles for the first time with the release of Pac-Man for the Atari 2600. With this release, a legendary gaming romance was born. Pac-Man 2600 became the console’s best-selling title ever.
Alongside the console, the collection will include the CX40+ Wireless Joystick in 5 colors to represent Pac-Man, Inky, Pinky, Blinky, and Clyde. The joysticks cost $39.99 each. All packaging includes exclusive new Ghost art from the original Pac-Man artist, Hiro Kimura.
Atari’s new DLC, The Namco Collection, will be released for $7.99 later this year, will include Pac-Man 2600, Galaga, Dig Dug, Xevious, Galaxian, and more. The 2600+ Pac-Man Mega Collector Bundle is currently listed at around $440 USD. This huge bundle includes the console, the Pac-Man: Double Feature game, all 4 Ghost Edition Joysticks, the individually-packaged Pac-Man Edition Joystick, and all the additional game cartridges: Galaga, Dig Dug, Xevious, Galaxian
