Dead by Daylight Welcomes Tomb Raider's Lara Croft as a Survivor

The latest addition to the never-ending roster of Dead by Daylight characters is none other than the iconic Lara Croft from Tomb Raider, she enters The Fog as a survivor.

After the huge amount of news just unleashed on fans during the 8th-anniversary Behaviour Interactive stream, Dead by Daylight has announced yet another addition to its growing roster of characters. Lara Croft from Tomb Raider, one of the most iconic video game characters ever is making the jump to The Fog and only a few details have been released thus far on her exciting inclusion, similar to how a Castlevania collaboration was only just announced.

Dead By Daylight Welcomes Tomb Raider'S Lara Croft As A Survivor

The Dead by Daylight team teases “Lara Croft has survived expeditions few would dare attempt, locked eyes with death and lived to tell the tale… Now, she must face yet again a dark adventure shrouded in Fog,” as Lara Croft finds herself in uncertain waters in Dead by Daylight. In The Fog, Lara Croft is stripped of all of her weaponry and thrust into a different type of raid, a way to escape The Fog. Her intellect remains intact, as well as her unwavering tenacity, survival expertise, and bravery. These character traits consistent with her appearance in Tomb Raider are represented with 3 unique Perks to balance the scales in her favour, and will help players escape The Fog.

Dead by Daylight has been on a tear lately with added content, recently adding an all-encompassing trip through the dungeon with a collaboration that sees survivors square up against Vecna in Dungeons & Dragons, bringing Nicolas Cage on board as a survivor, announcing a crossover with Alan Wake 2, there’s almost no property that can escape The Fog. Lara Croft joins Dead by Daylight on July 16, and fans can view notable patch details on the Behaviour Interactive forums.
