Blizzard just announced that Diablo III is coming to the Nintendo Switch with the Eternal Collection and shiny, exclusive transmogs.

The Eternal Collection will include the Diablo III: Reaper of Souls and the Rise of the Necromancer pack, allowing players to experience the series in one definite volume. This will include all five acts, the newly revealed themed seasons, Kanai’s Cube, and Challenge Rifts.
Meanwhile, for players who just can’t wait to transmogrify their equipment and are fans of The Legend of Zelda, they will be able to get a Ganondorf armour transmog. Other exciting Nintendo exclusives include wings inspired by Majora’s Mask and a lovable cucco as a pet.
With the ability to link up to four Nintendo Switches consoles together wirelessly, no internet required, you have the best way yet to play Diablo III on the go. combine that with the Nintendo Online system that will also allow players to save and sync up their character and progression data, and online co-op for up to four players, laying waste to the legions of hell has never been easier, or more portable.

Earlier this week, this announcement was teased on Twitter, where the Diablo team asked fans to “Stay awhile and listen” in a Deckard Cain-like fashion. The tweet foreshadowed exciting updates about the future of the game, and it did not disappoint.
