Disney has released a new trailer for the upcoming Disney’s Snow White film, a reimagining of the classic 1937 film and showcasing a new original song.
From the producer and executive producer Wicked, Marc Platt and Jared LeBoff alongside director Marc Webb, known for his work at The Amazing Spider-Man, are bringing the classic 1937 film back to the spotlight with Disney’s Snow White. The upcoming films will star Rachel Zegler (West Side Story) as the princess, Snow White, and Gal Gadot (Wonder Woman) as the Stepmother, the Evil Queen.
In Disney’s Snow White trailer, Snow White embarks on an adventure to reclaim her kingdom and save her people from her stepmother, The Evil Queen. As she stumbles upon a home, she is met with the beloved seven dwarfs named Bashful, Dopey, Grumpy, Happy, Sleepy, Doc, and Sneezy. As we are showcased the premise of the film, we are presented with Waiting on a Wish, one of the all-new original songs from EGOT Winners Ben Pasek and Justin Paul, known for composting the soundtrack for The Greatest Showman.
Alongside the starring cast for Disney’s Snow White, some of the other notable cast members that the fans can look forward to are Colin Micheal Carmicheal (Wicked and Hot Fuzz) as Farno, Gal Gadot as the Evil Queen, Andrew Burnap (WeCrashed) as Jonathan, and Ansu Kabia (Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw) as Huntsman.
