If you are in LA during E3 this year, you will have a chance to attend a free public showcase for the event. E3 Live 2016 is a free, public, three day expo held in downtown LA from June 14th-16.
Unlike the standard conference, EA Live is not at the LA Convention Center, but rather at LA Live. The event starts at 5 p.m. PT on June 14th featuring gameplay demos, live music, and more.
Doors open again at 12:00 p.m. PT on June 15th and close at 10:00 p.m. PT on June 16th. You can register for free, but you will need a ticket to gain entry to the event.
With EA Play also taking place around E3, there are plenty of things for people to do in Downtown LA the week of June 14th.
With the press conferences starting on the Sunday before, the official event from by the Entertainment Software Association takes place June 14-16. CGMagazine will have all the latest, news, interviews and features from the show floor.
