Working with the surviving soldiers from Motherbase in a 4 players co-op experience that is hoping to take the Metal Gear Solid franchise in a new exciting direction. The game is said to follow the high level of gameplay design seen with Metal Gear Solid V while continuing the “unique blend of stealth and co-op play mechanics”

Releasing on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam in 2017, Metal Gear Survive is will be the first completely new Metal Gear Solid game released from Konami completely without Kojima at the helm. It will be a new take on the formula, hopefully, it will keep the spirit and core that Metal Gear such an iconic series. Judging from the trailer it has looks more akin to Metal Gear Solid Online then what was seen in the core Metal Gear Solid V, but until more gameplay is revealed we will have to wait and see.
