LEGO Fortnite: Mechanical Mayhem Adds Vehicles, Toys, & More

Epic Games has announced LEGO Fortnite: Mechanical Mayhem, a new update that brings new vehicle updates, toys, and more to the game.

LEGO Fortnite’s new update, Mechanical Mayhem, will arrive on March 26, 2024. Included in the update will be vehicle building and customization, new toys, the introduction of more LEGO-style outfits, and bug fixes.

The most exciting feature to come to LEGO Fortnite is the ability to build vehicles to traverse the world easier and faster than before with three free vehicle builds. The vehicles included in the update are the Speeder, which travels to a location quickly; the Offroader, which carries multiple passengers; and the Hauler, which lifts heavy items in the truck.

With the vehicles, new toys will be added to your wide array of toolboxes to build and even customize your vehicles. The new toys are a Power Center to power your vehicles and can last longer with many Power Cells you load, Wheels to move and turn, and Seats for the drivers and passengers.

But that’s not all, as LEGO Fortnite will have a Compost Bin as a new station that turns old resources into Biomass (recipe for Power Cell), Fertilizer, and Soils, a Wrench to assign switches and thruster to channels, an Illuminator to provide light as you drive in the dark or use outside of vehicles.

Alongside the ability to build vehicles and new toys to utilize, LEGO Fortnite: Mechanical Mayhem will come with many bug fixes and improvements to enhance overall gameplay. Improvement to the game comes with a new Smart Transfer feature, easier to tell when your construct is damaged, an adjustment to durability value, a stack being able to drop one item, and a pool of fish near a new dock. For construction, the stabilization has been improved when entering and exiting caves, and travelling long distances.
