NetEase has announced they will be bringing the Advanced Suit 2.0 to Marvel Rivals as a celebration of the launch of Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 on PC on January 30th, 2025.
To celebrate the launch of Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 on January 30th for PC, fans of Marvel Rivals will get the chance to purchase the Advanced Suit 2.0 for Spider-Man to don as he takes down the enemies of the opposite team. The suit is a blend of Otto Octavius’ science with Peter Parker’s genius, crafted to withstand the toughest battle and symbolize Spider-Man as a true hero.
The Advanced Suit 2.0 will make a great addition to the abundance of Spider-Man skin available in Marvel Rivals, as the fans can purchase the suit from the in-game store. As a celebration, Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 will be arriving on PC after being released on the PS5 for over a year now but comes with many improvements that the players can look forward to, although not much detail has been shared following the announcement in October 18th, 2025.
Relating to the Marvel Rivals news, the game has recently launched Season 1 with the release of Reed Richard aka Mr.Fantastic and Sue Storm aka Invisible Woman from Fantastic Four as they provide assistance to fight against the antagonist of the season, Dracula. Alongside the release of the characters, Mr.Fantastic has a skin available called The Maker who is Richard Villionus’s side that made his first appearance in the Ultimate Fantastic Four comics, and Sue Storm receives the Malice costume based on her appearance from her only debut, Fantastic Four #280.
Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 will arrive on PC on January 30th, 2025 via Steam and Epic Games Store, with the Advanced Suit 2.0 coming to Marvel Rivals as a celebration. In the meantime, as you wait, Marvel Rivals is available now on PC via Steam and Epic Games Store, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S.
