Insomniac Games just announced that Spider-Man on the PS4 has gone gold for its September 7 worldwide release.
Set in New York City, Peter Parker and Spider-Man’s worlds will collide as he tries to save those he loves from a new villain.
Players will get to be Spider-Man in the game, as well as use his acrobatic abilities, combat techniques, and be able to interact with the environment.
To put more emphasis on how Spider-Man will no longer be a rookie, but a crime-fighting master, as the game will let players swing through neighbourhoods catch views of iconic Manhattan and Marvel landmarks.
Finally, by working together, Insomniac Games, Marvel, and Sony Interactive Entertainment have created an original and action-packed story, meaning that another feature of this game will be the reimagined roles of familiar characters.
