To celebrate Pokémon Day, February’s Pokémon Presents may have been the biggest one yet, bringing a deluge of game announcements — not the least of which was the massive reveal of Gen 10. Here’s a handy list of everything that was announced during the show.
Pokémon Music Collection
The first announcement was a bit of a strange surprise: a Game Boy-style music player called the Pokémon Music Collection. You can plug mini cartridges into the player to play different music from Pokémon Red and Blue (and this presumably allows them to release other game music in the future). It launches on February 27, 2026, and can be purchased online through The Pokémon Center.

Mobile Game Updates
Both Pokémon Masters EX and Pokémon Cafe Remix will be getting anniversary updates throughout this week. The original versions of Red and Pikachu will be showing up in Masters, along with separate updates for Florian and Ogerpon, as well as Juliana and Terapagos. Meanwhile, Cafe Remix will be celebrating by bringing in all of the series’ starter Pokémon.
Pokémon TCG Pocket will also be getting an update, with the Paldean Wonders booster pack arriving today.
Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness Coming to Switch Classics
The beloved GameCube entry, Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness, is coming to the Nintendo Switch 2 Classics catalogue. Much like Colosseum, this is one of the more experimental entries in the franchise. It’ll arrive sometime in March, but no exact date has been announced yet.

The Legendary Birds Come to Pokémon Unite
Zapdos, Moltres, and Articuno are all being added as playable characters for Pokémon Unite as of today. You can participate in an event to unlock their licenses. The trailer also teased Meganium, Typhlosion, and Feraligatr coming in the future.
Pokémon Champions Gets a Release Date
The battle-focused Pokémon Champions finally has a release date, arriving on Nintendo Switch in April and mobile devices later this year.
Mega Garchomp Coming to Pokémon Legends Z-A
If you own the Mega Dimension DLC for Legends Z-A, you’ll soon be able to use Mega Garchomp by claiming a new Mystery Gift.
New Pokémon Pokopia Trailer
A lengthy new trailer was shown off for Pokopia, which launches next week on March 5. In it, you can see more of the game’s cooking, townbuilding, and multiplayer features.
Generation 10 – Pokémon Wind and Waves
By far the biggest news of the day was the long-awaited reveal of Generation 10, titled Pokémon Wind and Waves. Arriving sometime in 2027, the trailer gives a surprisingly detailed look at the new tropical setting and the three new, incredibly cute starters.
