If there’s one game deserving of an announcement for just a trailer, that game is Red Dead Redemption 2.
The official Rockstar Games Newswire blog has updated with just that, a new trailer for the highly anticipated game will drop May 2, 2018.
Readers interested in viewing the new trailer can do so at 11 AM Eastern time this coming Wednesday, on rockstargames.com and of course, on the official Rockstar Games Youtube channel.
Not much information is available in terms of plot, but the little info that is available have lead fans to speculate that the game will be a prequel as players assume the role of Arthur Morgan, a member of the Dutch Gang, which in the original Red Dead Redemption was disbanded during the time in which the game took place. The original Red Dead Redemption came out all the way back in 2008 on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
Red Dead Redemption 2 will be available October 26, 2018, on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One
