Shown off for CES 2023, Sennheiser’s Conversation Clear Plus brings new ways to help you hear while enjoying your favourite music or audio on the go.
As a hearing enhancement device, Sennheiser’s Conversation Clear Plus isn’t an OTC hearing aid but rather a device meant to help people better hear in noisy environments, such as a busy restaurant or a noisy street, and clearly understand conversations in those environments. They are available for pre-order as of January 5 and will be available for $850 USD starting January 20th.
Sennheiser details that, thanks to Sonova chip technology, and the Sennheiser Automatic Scene Detection feature, it is possible to filter out background noise and also hear the people with whom you are conversing more clearly thanks to Sennheiser’s Automatic Scene Detection feature that analyzes the noise level of a user’s environment, and matches the speech enhancement level accordingly. Voice calls are also enhanced by the same technology.
As the Conversation Clear Plus earbuds look just like any typical wireless earbuds, they’re effortlessly appealing to many people who aren’t ready for a traditional hearing aid but have mild hearing difficulties. The main presets you can choose from include Relax, Communication, and Streaming, which are perfect for adjusting your hearing experience with more granular settings available when you dive into the companion smartphone app.
While they may not be music-focused when compared to the Momentum True Wireless 3 earbuds, the Sennheiser Conversation Clear Plus will also allow for audio listening, even if it will not be the primary focus.
Designed to deliver nine hours of battery life on a single charge, the Conversation Clear Plus Earbuds are ready to go whenever you need them. The case also can top up the earbuds while on the go, giving a staggering 27 hours of an additional change to keep things working even when on the go.
