As Stranger Things winds down its 10-year saga this year with Season Five, Dungeons & Dragons has dropped one more collaboration with the Netflix Original to get fans as immersed as possible in the upside-down before the season kicks off this Winter. The new board game collaboration, Stranger Things: Welcome to the Hellfire Club allows fans to roleplay their inner rockstar hero with a tabletop adventure that will make fans of the Netflix series feel right at home. Dungeons & Dragons have provided a trailer for the upcoming board game, and it can be seen below.
The board game doubles as a solid way to get novice adventurers into the tabletop genre, as all are welcome to join the Hellfire Club. While the onboard ramp for TTRPGs like Dungeons & Dragons may feel daunting, this board game streamlines adventures so players can jump in faster than what is normally required for campaign setup. The Stranger Things: Welcome to the Hellfire Club set is a collaborative 3-5 player board game, featuring fan-favourite character Eddie Munson’s lost adventures. With four different adventures featuring hours of play and adventure choices, Welcome to the Hellfire Club invites fans to party up and choose their own ending.
Stranger Things: Welcome to the Hellfire Club is available now for pre-order on the D&D Beyond marketplace, as both a physical box for $49.99 or a digital product playable through D&D Beyond. There is also an option for an Ultimate Bundle, including both physical and digital versions of the set. Fans can also find the set to be pre-ordered through Amazon.
