The first trailer for the WandaVision spinoff, Agatha All Along, has dropped, giving us a tantalizing glimpse into the upcoming Disney+ series starring the delightfully wicked Kathryn Hahn.
The Agatha All Along teaser opens subdued, showcasing Agatha Harkness without her powers, only to be reminded of her true nature by a mysterious character played by Aubrey Plaza. Hahn reprises her role from WandaVision, where she stole the show as the nosy neighbour turned powerful witch. This time, she’s front and center, ready to wreak havoc across the Marvel Cinematic Universe in a series that looks to tap into the horror elements of the character.

The trailer doesn’t give away too much of the plot, but it’s clear that Agatha is up to no good and looking to regain what was lost from the events in WandaVision. We see her casting spells, confronting other characters, and doing whatever it takes to restore herself to her once-powerful state. There are hints of magic and creatures from horror, suggesting that Agatha’s adventures will take her far beyond the confines of the human world.
While there are still plenty of questions about Agatha All Along, the trailer gives a taste of what fans can expect when it hits Disney+ this Halloween season. The official description for the show reads, “The infamous Agatha Harkness finds herself down and out of power after a suspicious goth teen helps break her free from a distorted spell. Her interest is piqued when he begs her to take him on the legendary Witches’ Road, a magical gauntlet of trials that, if survived, rewards a witch with what they’re missing. Together, Agatha and this mysterious teen pull together a desperate coven, and set off down, down, down The Road.”
Staring a range of actors, including Joe Locke, Sasheer Zamata, Ali Ahn, Maria Dizzia, Paul Adelstein, Miles Gutierrez-Riley, Okwui Okpokwasili, Debra Jo Rupp, Patti LuPone, Aubrey Plaza, Agatha All Along seems to blend horror, comedy, and superhero action in a unique cocktail that’s distinctly Marvel. There are moments of genuine creepiness, offset by Hahn’s trademark wit and charm. The show seems to delve deeper into the nature of magic in the MCU, potentially setting up future storylines for films and series to come.
Agatha All Along is set to premiere on Disney+ this fall, with an exact date yet to be announced. If this trailer is anything to go by, we’re in for a wild, magical ride that will keep us guessing until the very end. So mark your calendars, Marvel fans, Agatha’s coming, and she’s bringing some magical chaos with her!
