Two Points Studios and SEGA Europe have released a gameplay trailer for the upcoming Two Point Museum, preparing future players in the role of management.
With a list of locations available in Two Point Museum, it could be fun to curate and design your very own museum, but there’s one job you cannot forget, and that is management. With the game releasing on March 4th, 2025, Two Point Studio and SEGA Europe have released a gameplay trailer about managing your museum by managing your money, gathering a team of trained experts to search for rare items to display, overseeing the staff, and many more.
As you open your first museum in Two Point Museum, you must understand how to manage a successful exhibition for your visitors. To run a successful museum, the biggest skill you will need to learn is money management, as you can’t run a business without spending and saving money. To continue running your museum, you can earn money from ticket sales, donations, and gift shops with a “perfectly reasonable” price. With the funds, you spend them to arrange expeditions, marketing, workshops, decorations, and training, but be sure not to spend too much at once because if you do, you’ll be in the red. Although loans and sponsorships are available as a backup, they also come with a risk.
The biggest component of curator management duties is overseeing your staff, as they are the backbone of your museum. The staff includes an expert to help analyze and maintain the museum, a janitor to clean and operate the workshop buildings, assistants to manage the ticket booth and gift shops, and security to protect the exhibits and maintain peace. But these skilled staff won’t be working for free, as it will be your job to keep the cheques flowing or risk facing their wrath.
In the meantime, as players wait for the Two Point Museum release, Sega is hosting a Year of the Snake sale on Steam from January 23rd to February 6, 2025. With the sales going on, Two Points Studio’s previous games, Two Point Hospital and Two Point Campus, are available as a bundle with a 38% discount.
