Pixels & Ink Podcast: Episode 367

Night Sassy

Pixels & Ink Podcast: Episode 367

On this week’s Pixels & Ink Podcast: Brendan, Chris, Dayna, and Jordan sit down to get a little night sassy while talking a little Marvel news—Will Poulter of We’re The Millers fame, cast as Adam Warlock in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3; as well as the short trailer for Hawekeye. Dayna has strong feelings about both. Continuing the comic book movie news, the gang talks a little about the short teaser for The Batman, and the gang swoons a bit over Robert Pattinson’s Bat-Voice.

Speaking of movies—literally—the podcast gang talk about some of the new trailers, including a ones for a new Home Alone and Scream. This leads to a somewhat strange tangent about horror movies, and how many horror icons have gone to space. Continuing the space theme, the gang talks a bit about William Shatner’s trip to space.

Towards the end, Jordan has been playing with the Switch OLED and has some thoughts, Chris has thoughts on Final Fantasy XIV and Story of Seasons: Friends of Mineral Town; Dayna is still playing Alchemic Cutie, and Brendan has been trying a new Fitbit.

About the Castors:

  • Brendan Frye: Editor-in-Chief of CGMagazine, Brendan is as snarky as he is seasoned in the gaming industry. • Jordan Biordi: Writer, Editor, and part-time Ninja; when he’s not busy combating the forces of evil, he’s writing articles and making videos on the hilariously mediocre Youtube channel: Ninja-Jordan Reviews.
  • Chris De Hoog: A writer and podcaster from Ontario, Chris discovered roleplaying games with Final Fantasy on the NES and has been overthinking them ever since. When he’s not obsessing over Star Wars, you can find him steaming at twitch.tv/guildtwotaps
  • Dayna Eileen: a long time serial gamer, mom of two, aunt to many; she absolutely loves introducing the people she knows to her love for games and nerd culture. You can find her on Instagram and Twitter as @Cahlayna
