As a part of the new update for Halo 5, developer, 343 Industries, is honouring the harrowing loss two community members suffered.
Adam and his wife Rebecca lost their daughters, Trinity and Lena, in a tragic electrical fire in their home. In an inspiring act of kindness, 343 is giving every player the Spartans Never Walk Alone pack which includes the first animated Halo 5 emblem, True Light, named after the first initial of each daughters’ name.
As well, the new arena, Torque, will feature Trinity’s and Lena’s name, emblazoned in the night sky among the stars in the top of the map.
This is a truly touching gesture from the industry to its community and an excellent way to show how developers really care for their audience.
