The Frank Miller signing event will be an exclusive event for attendees at the San Diego Comic Con. Special wristbands will be given out via a draw that will take place on both Thursday and Friday. Dark Horse will provide a complimentary 25” x 19” Xerxes: The Fall of the House of Darius and the Rise of Alexander lithograph to all fans that receive a wristband.

Xerxes: The Fall of the House of Darius and the Rise of Alexander is Miller’s prequel series to 300, the award winning comic, that inspired a movie in 2006. Alex Sinclair, known for his work in various Batman comics will be joining the highly anticipated comic, as the colourist, which promises the comic to be just as bold and colourful as Millers other works.

The story follows the rise of Xerses in the 5th century BC Persia, ultimately being known as the King of Kings. For those who may be unware of Miller’s work, Xerxes is the main antagonist in 300, with his character being portrayed by Rodrigo Santoro in the 2006 theatrical release.

Xerxes: The Fall of the House of Darius and the Rise of Alexander is due out sometime in 2018.
