The most intimate horror festival in North America, Frightmare In The Falls, returns to Niagara Falls, Canada, from Friday, October 25 to the 27th.
One of the most intimate and interactive horror festivals returns again this year! Frightmare In The Falls is back for three days of spooks in Niagara Falls, Canada. The event will be held at the Niagara Falls Convention Centre on Friday, October 25 to Sunday, October 27, 2024. The event features more than 50,000 feet of everything horror-related, including memorabilia, panels, celebrities, movies, autographs, displays, movie cars, cosplay, special effects props & much more.
One of the biggest themes and attractions for this year’s Frightmare In The Falls seems to be things related to the 2023 film Thanksgiving, which Eli Roth (Borderlands, Hostel) directed, and he will be stopping by the festival. Joining Roth, Jalen Thomas Brooks, Gabriel Davenport, Alex Armbruster and Jeff Teravainen, stars in Thanksgiving, will be special guests, and fans can take pictures with them on a replicated set location from the movie. No Addison Rae, but it is still an amazing reunion.
Some of the other photo ops sets include the Saw Trap Room and the Myers Porch which is Halloween-themed. Visitors can also check out the iconic Supernatural Dean Winchester Chevy Impala and the iconic car from John Carpenter’s Christine, based on the Stephen King novel. Other iconic attractions include Jason’s Kill Shack, The Dungeon of Death and The Haunted Cemetary.
The biggest and best part of Frightmare In The Falls is the celebrity guests that fans can gush over, ask them questions and get their autographs and photos. This year’s Frightmare In The Falls features major celebrity guests like Ted Raimi (Evil Dead, The Quarry), Tony Todd (the Candyman films), Richard Dreyfuss (Jaws), Shawnee Smith (the Saw franchise), and many more. There is a wide array of horror-related guests, from actors, directors, makeup artists, stuntpeople and podcasters. There should be a guest appealing to every type of horror fanatic.
The festival will also be filled with various intimate panels which fans can hear from their favourite guests, talking about their favourite works and a chance to ask questions. These panels will be occurring throughout the day on Saturday and Sunday. Do not sleep on the exhibitors too, otherwise Freddy Krueger will getcha in your sleep!
