GeForce NOW powers up their Ultimate membership with the RTX 5080 in time for their May games lineup.
GeForce NOW is NVIDIA‘s gaming membership program, allowing members to access powerful virtual GeForce RTX rigs to play games remotely, all while using your laptop or PC as the gateway. The service uses a queue system to start a session where a member can access a virtual rig, with a < 1-minute wait time for the Performance tier and first priority access for the Ultimate tier.
Ultimate members now have access to RTX 5080-class performance powering nearly the entire GeForce NOW games library, consisting of 4000+Ready-to-Play and Install-to-Play games. Accessing a cloud-based 50-series rig like that supports some serious features.
- Up to 5K resolution at 120 FPS or 360 FPS at 1080p
- DLSS 4
- NVIDIA Reflex
- Advanced ray tracing

This boost to Ultimate comes just in time for GeForce NOW’s May games lineup, as well as day-one support for upcoming AAA releases like Forza Horizon 6 and 007 First Light. A Firaxis 30th anniversary celebration is also underway, with several of the studio’s titles arriving to the membership program as Install-to-Play games. NVIDIA and GeForce NOW shared a list of new and arriving games to the platform.
