Gigalomaniac Edition announced for CHAOS;CHILD 1

Coming to North American and Europe in 2017 for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita, CHAOS;CHILD is getting a Collector’s Edition. The Gigalomaniac Edition is being released for any fans eager to get their hands on exclusive merchandise.

Included in the Gigalomaniac Edition is an OST with songs from the game, an art book, and a badge set.

The art book features 128 pages of beautiful scenes taken straight from the visual novel.

In CHAOS;CHILD, a string of murders are taking place in Shibuya, Tokyo. A young man by the name of Takuru Miyashiro notices that the dates of the murders match up with a different series of murders that happened shortly before the earthquake that killed his parents six years earlier. Using the information that he finds, Miyashiro deduces the date of the next murder and starts his investigation. Determined to get to the bottom of the murders, Miyashiro and his classmates from the Newspaper Club get involved in a series of events that will put them in mortal danger and change their lives.

Coming from the same studio that brought you the acclaimed visual novels STEINS;GATE, CHAOS;HEAD and ROBOTICS;NOTES, CHAOS;CHILD is another visual novel in the Science Adventure Series. This series connects the stories of all of these visual novels into a single shared universe. Many of these visual novels are heavily acclaimed by both fans and critics. The release of CHAOS;CHILD marks the second of these visual novels that is receiving a release in the West. The Science Adventure Series has also garnered many anime adaptations that were also well received.
