Grandia HD Collection Announced For Switch 2

Grandia HD Collection, featuring Grandia and Grandia II, has been announced for the Nintendo Switch.

Alongside this news, it was announced that Grandia HD Remaster would launch on Steam the same day the Switch version drops and that the announced Grandia II Anniversary Edition will be renamed to Grandia II HD Remaster (also releasing on Steam, separate from 1 but probably in a bundle).

These two games are cult hit turn-based RPGs, featuring active time-based combat, vibrant worlds, nostalgiac soundtracks, and an all-around classic JRPG experience. Both games will feature Japanese and English audio, enhanced details to UI, sprites, and texture art, visual enhancements for the original cinematic videos, widescreen support and customizable resolutions on PC, and language support for English and Japanese plus new French and German translations.

Grandia HD Collection will be shown to select press at E3 2019, so we won’t have to wait too long to hear about how it looks. The release dates for these three games have yet to be announced.
