The newest reveal from Kensington at Pepcom’s Holiday Spectacular! 2025 is an innovative flagship trackball mouse solution for creatives, the Expert Mouse TB800 EQ Trackball, alongside other computing solutions for the upcoming season.
Kensington is known for its solutions in outside-the-box leaning peripherals, such as the Kensington Expert Mouse Wireless Trackball. At the Pepcom Holiday Spectacular! 2025, the newest gadget in the Kensington line advances on what its previous lineup of Trackball mouse solutions accomplishes, and refines them into a next-generation peripheral built with precise control for casual users to creative professionals. The Expert Mouse TB800 EQ Trackball brings comfort as a feature, with new customization options, an adjustable scroll ring, an ambidextrous design, and wireless connectivity. Aside from being for both-handed users, the Expert Mouse Trackball is also compatible with both macOS and Windows. A video showing the Expert Mouse up close can be seen below.
The new Trackball includes innovations, starting with an adjustable scroll ring that enables users to switch between line-by-line and smooth scrolling without effort. This functionality supports horizontal scrolling, zooming, and adds a convenient switch to disable scrolling and reduce accidental inputs. The Expert Mouse features Kensington’s trademark accuracy and responsive tracking with minimal hand and wrist movement, and can be paired with up to four different devices. For the high-poll-rate users, an adjustable polling rate can reach up to 1kHz via wired or dongle connection, delivering ultra-responsive performance.

Senior Manager of Product and Global Marketing at Kensington, Lisa Schuiteboer Shuler, says, “This new trackball is our most advanced trackball yet, offering a combination of ergonomic design, customization capabilities, and optical tracking technology to deliver the premium performance
and precise control demanded by today’s creative professionals,” and this is considering Kensington introduced the Trackball as a computing solution nearly 40 years ago.
