It’s that time again, the time when PlayStation Plus adds more titles to its catalogue for fans to stay indoors during the hot summer, and this month they’re adding Rise of the Ronin and six other titles.

For the hottest season of the year, PlayStation Plus is turning the heat up a bit more to add seven new titles to the service for fans to have something to play and for fans to have a good excuse to stay indoors. For July 2026, PS Plus has unveiled nine more games to the service, headlined by Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora and the triapse through war-torn 19th-century Japan in Rise of the Ronin.

Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora puts fans in the shoes of the blue-skinned Na’vi. You were a captive of the human militaristic corporation known as the RDA for 15 years, and after escaping the corporation, you have to rediscover your Na’vi heritage and save Pandora from the RDA, which abducted you for nefarious purposes. CGMagazine’s review of Rise of the Ronin called it “a high-quality open-world RPG set in Japan during an era that blended the way of the samurai along with American and European influences,” which gives quality experiences in new worlds this month.

Sony has revealed nine total games coming to the service across all PlayStation Plus tiers in July, and they’re listed below alongside the day they’re coming to the service.
