Red Faction Guerrilla is getting remastered and making a come back on PC and consoles.
The game is slated for an Xbox One, Xbox One X, PC, and PlayStation 4 released with it scheduled for release during the second quarter of 2018 and it will be titled, Red Faction Guerrilla Re-Mars-tered.
Red Faction Guerrilla is set 50 years after the events of the original game. Players will take control of an insurgent fighter who is battling for the liberation of humanity from the oppressive Earth Defence Force on Mars. In Red Faction players are able to destroy just about anything in the vast open world.
The remastered version of the game includes fully reworked graphics, improved show rendering, improved lighting and full 4K support that will ensure that players feel like they are fighting for humanity in an alien world.
Players can enjoy a multiplayer mode that will allow them to show of their destructive skills with friends. In Red Faction Guerrilla, players must survive the harsh Mars environment while battling against the Earth Defence Force.
The original Red Faction Guerrilla was released back in 2009 for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Windows. The game was very well received at it scored an 82 on Metacritic.
