Stranger Things and the Resurgence of the 1980s

Strangers Things Season 3 will see an increase in pay for the cast.

According to a new report in Deadline, the main cast of child and adult stars of the Netflix original will all make six figures per episode, for the upcoming third season.

The young male stars, Fin Wolfhard, Gaten Matarazzo, and Caleb Mclaughlin are set to rake in more than $150,000 USD per episode, with Millie Bobby Brown, the breakout star of the first two seasons of Stranger Things reportedly earning more. Previously, the two prior seasons saw all four boys earning $30,000 USD per episode.

The two biggest adult stars of Stranger Things, Winona Ryder and David Harbour, are now reported to be making more than $200,000 USD per episode, according to the report.

Strangers Things recently earned series creators the Duffer brothers a Screen Actors Guild Award nomination for best ensemble in a drama series, and with the series just finishing it’s critically acclaimed second season, fans are already eager for more.
