Additional partners will be announced in the coming weeks, with some not being revealed until the live showcase on June 7th.
In addition to announcing the first wave of partners, there will be two showcases to look forward to right after the Summer Game Fest Live Showcase. The first showcase, immediately following the SGF Live Showcase, will be Day of the Devs: SGF Edition on June 7th. Day of the Devs is a non-profit organization whose mission is to celebrate the creativity, diversity, and magic of video games, to give a voice to emerging or underrepresented talent, and to provide a platform to connect gamers with developers and their games.
The second showcase after the SGF Live Showcase is Summer Game Fest: Play Days, an invite-only media and influencer event in downtown Los Angeles produced by iam8bit, which returns June 8-10. At the events, fans can expect their favourite media publications and content creators to preview games from the many partners participating in Summer Game Fest.
With the details revealed about the upcoming Summer Game Fest, gamers can purchase the tickets via Ticketmaster as it will be held to a live audience at Youtube Theater in Hollywood Park.
