The grim fantasy world of Warhammer Fantasy Battles has jumped into the next-generation with the arrival of Warhammer Chaosbane Slayer Edition on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
The Slayer Edition is the complete version of the game, including all of its current additional content in 60FPS 4K. On top of the original twelve packs, a new sixth character, the Witch Hunter, has been added, alongside even more new DLC.

Warhammer Chaosbane is the first hack-and-slash isometric RPG set in the world of Games Workshops’ Warhammer Fantasy Battles tabletop game. Reminiscent of Diablo, players choose from the roles of Human, High Elf, Wood Elf, Dwarf, Dwarf Engineer, or the new Witch Hunter and take on hoards of the Chaos Gods’ minions, including over 70 different varieties of foes.
Local or online co-op is available for up to 4 players, with drop-in-drop-out functionality and a game engine built for synergy between the various classes. After the campaign mode — written by Warhammer’s Black Library author Mike Lee — players can take on boss rush modes and ten difficulty levels, ensuring plenty of playtime for those who landed a new next-gen console this week.
Warhammer Chaosbane Slayer Edition update is available now on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Steam.
