WorldGaming Announces National Call of Duty: WWII Tournament 1

WorldGaming has begun accepting entries for their third national gaming tournament.

It was announced today that WorldGaming has officially opened registration for the WorldGaming Canadian Championship presented by PlayStation 4 featuring Call of Duty: WWII. As the name implies, competitors will be playing the recently released Call of Duty: WWII, pitting squads against each other for the chance to win $60,000 in cash along with other prizes and a championship title.

“This is our third national tournament featuring Call of Duty and it is clear that the gaming community in North America appreciates the supreme and distinctive competitive aspects of the game and of our tournaments. Players and spectators alike will bring passion and truly impressive team combat strategies into the mix.” says Wim Stocks, General Manager of WorldGaming.

Registration for the tournament will be open to players across both Canada and the United States. The WorldGaming Canadian Championship presented by PlayStation 4 featuring Call of Duty: WWII will begin with online qualifiers starting on January 6, 2018. The top eight teams will travel to Toronto for an all-expense paid trip to the National Finals, taking place on March 3 and March 4 at Cineplex’s Scotiabank Theatre Toronto.

Anyone interested in registering for the tournament can check out more at their official site.
