The rights to Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning are going to auction as early as this month.
According to IGN, Richard Land (the court receiver for 38 Studios), says that “the Amalur IP will be on auction soon.”
The auction will be on the web, and should be up sometime this September.
Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning was released back in 2012, with 38 Studios being shut down shortly after. The game was met with positive reviews, and the lore was created by R.A. Salvatore.
Unfortunately, the title didn’t receive the financial success it needed, selling 1.65 million copies overall.
