A poster for Injustice 2 leaked ahead of its possible announcement at this year’s E3.
The poster features Batman and The Flash preparing to face off. Mortal Kombat developer NetherRealm Studios returning to work on the title. The poster originally leaked via Twitter, with a higher quality version being sent to Polygon later. According to a source close to Polygon, Gamestop is receiving the poster to give out as a pre-order bonus.
NetherRealm Studios’ Creative Director Ed Boon, confirmed the leaked poster’s legitimacy with a very playful tweet:

The original game in the series – Injustice: Gods Among Us – originally released in 2013 on previous and current-gen consoles. It featured a massive roster of DC Comic characters facing off against one another after Superman becomes a ruthless dictator, following the destruction of Metropolis.
