Arc System Works And Studio Trigger Kill la Kill Game Announced

Following a short countdown and a reveal during the latest episode of Darling in the Franxx, which aired in Japan earlier today. The announcement was made via a short teaser video which can be viewed below.

A website for the upcoming Kill la Kill is now live and it features several different languages, including Japanese, English, French, Taiwanese, and Korean.  The site also features a few screenshots that tease fans with what they might expect during Anime Expo 2018, which will be held in Los Angeles, Starting July 5 to the 8th.

The original story can be read down below:

A mysterious website surfaced earlier today featuring a ticker counting down to a Studio Trigger x Arc System Works project.

Twitter user Zetsubouquet AX found the site in question, which currently sits at around 58 hours or a little over 2 days. Visually, the counter looks reminiscent of the colours and typeface used in Studio Trigger’s Kill la Kill anime series from 2013.

A crossover project, between Arc Systems Works and Studio Trigger, would be an interesting prospect, as both companies’ feature a wide gamut of visually striking works. Properties such as Little Witch Academia (which recently got its own game), Darling in the Franxx and the aforementioned Kill la Kill would lend itself nicely to the likes of BlazBlue, Guilty Gear and perhaps, even Dragonball FighterZ.

No statements regarding the countdown website have been made at this time from either Arc System Works or Studio Trigger.
