Fortnite Leak Sees Invincible Crossover

Not Invulnerable To Leaks

Auto Draft

In the latest Fortnite leaks and crossover news, the battle bus loads up with another license in the throes of an ongoing season, and this time, Amazon’s Invincible is coming to Fortnite.

While Fortnite is in full swing of time, travelling back to the original seasons, Prime Video’s Invincible is in the middle of its own multiverse storyline, so it only makes sense that the two would join forces. Ahead of Chapter 5, skins for Invincible‘s characters have seen a Fortnite leak over on X (formerly Twitter), and the characters look torn straight from the pages of the Robert Kirkman comic pages. So far, Atom Eve, Omni-Man and Invincible himself appear to be arriving in Fortnite.

The Fortnite leak details other features, such as Atom Eve’s cape accessory, but it’s worth mentioning Epic Games has yet to make an official announcement regarding the crossover. The Epic Games Store is scheduled to receive an update on November 17. This is probably when the skins will land in the game. There is no mention of whether or not the character skins can be earned (like the latest Ahsoka skin that was earnable by playing with a battle pass), but with previous skin launches such as God of War‘s Kratos and Halo Infinite‘s Master Chief, the items were only available in the item shop. This is likely where these skins will stay.

Paul Tassi makes note of how ironic it is that Invincible — regardless of the mature subject matter — is thrown into Fortnite. Meanwhile, a large portion of the game’s large player base doesn’t meet the suggested guideline of mature subject material (they’re children). Fortnite does include 12+ islands, so it is possible Invincible will be stranded on these islands, but other licenses like the aforementioned Master Chief have not gotten this treatment.

The Invincible skins are still only a Fortnite leak, and Epic Games has still not officially announced this crossover, so fans should take the leak with a grain of salt until they officially announce anything.
